Will, after receiving an undergraduate business degree from the E. Claiborne Robins School of Business at the University of Richmond, spent 20 years in technology consulting with stints at KPMG, Andersen and iXL. He then went on to co-found his own interactive services firm, Ironworks Consulting. Will is currently the CEO of Altron Corporation, an organization that holds interests in commercial real estate and aviation and invests in early stage high-growth companies. He is an avid pilot and flies a Cirrus and 1944 WWII warbird in air shows around the country. Will is also a co-founder of Startup Virginia.
