Karen, a graduate of University of Virginia, makes her name in a collection of diverse ventures in everything from online retail to financial consulting, and is a founding partner in firms such as Fahrenheit Technology, Ironworks Consulting, and Create Digital. She is a passionate advocate and frequent speaker on the topic of entrepreneurship, and has been featured in national publications including USA Today, the Washington Post, People Magazine, and Entrepreneur Magazine. Karen currently serves as CEO of Hot Technology Holdings, a group of entrepreneurs and investors who have launched 10 successful Richmond-based companies since 1993.
