Startup Incubator Application

Thank you for your interest in our startup incubator. In order for a company to be considered and participate, they must meet the following criteria:

High Growth Startup or Scalable Services Company

You have a product, service, or vetted business idea that can appeal to and serve a large market with the ability to scale exponentially utilizing technology, manufacturing, or licensing.

Central Virginia Presence

You have a founder or company leader who is located in Virginia and able to be an active participant in our incubator.

Company Size/Maturity

Your startup is in the early stages of growth or your services company is poised to scale. In addition, your founder(s) are committing substantial time to build the company.

Startups can use the Michael Wassmer Innovation Center as a business mailing address

Individual Founder

$100/mo per additional team member

$700-1800/mo

Month-to-month subsidized offices
